It was a pleasure to work with Tracy again, this time selling my home. I have worked with her in the past on a purchase and other real estate consulting. When it was time to sell my Woodway home I knew I wanted someone who knew the market, was well respected, and someone I could trust! I called Tracy and the process fell right into place. My home was purchased by great buyers and the deal closed as expected. Thank you Tracy!!

Tracy by far was the best thing about our experience selling our house. She was very knowledgeable, professional and prompt to anything we needed. We would recommend her to anybody in need of a realtor. She has set the bar really high for any realtors that we hire in the future (IF we can’t use her). Thank you to all that she did!

First of all....THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU(this should be in bold lettering and much larger font), Tracy!! We don't know if we will run out of room for this review, but if we do, please sit down, read entire review, and pick up your phone and call her...you WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!! If you are, she has our number and you can call us! We NOT ONLY sold our home, but we purchased one at the same time! So, we were a "seller" and a "buyer". Please give Tracy the opportunity to be your Realtor. She will be there when you need her. She ALWAYS returns your calls if she is busy with another client, and if she doesn't know the answer...she will take the time to find out the answer. This is our first time to buy and sell here in the Waco area, and we actually chose Kelly Realtors BECAUSE she is one of their Realtors. We know her as a Realtor, but most of all we consider her as a very close and special friend. She was always there during the issues and the "AWESOME" moments! She helped us find, negotiate (and she has excellent negotiation skills...just sayin') and purchase our "dream home" for the rest of our life!
